This site is not medical advice
RhythmBlisss publishes lifestyle and wellbeing writing. Nothing here is medical, psychological, nutritional, or therapeutic advice, and nothing here is a substitute for a consultation with a qualified professional who knows your situation.
We are not doctors, therapists, dietitians, or pharmacists, and we do not present ourselves as any of those.
Home remedies and traditional practices
Where we describe a traditional or home practice, we are describing it — not prescribing it, and not claiming it treats or cures any condition. Traditional use is not clinical evidence. Ingredients that are harmless for most people can be dangerous in pregnancy, for children, alongside prescription medication, or for someone with an allergy or an existing condition. Ask a pharmacist or doctor before trying something new.
Mental health
Our emotional wellbeing writing is intended as reflection and general support. It is not therapy and it cannot assess your situation.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country now. Do not wait, and do not rely on an article.
If something here worries you
Email hello@rhythmblisss.com. If we have published something unsafe we want to know, and we will act on it under our Corrections Policy.
